Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a center-based technician to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products in a compliant, patient-focused environment. You will monitor donor health, run plasmapheresis equipment, and maintain strict SOP adherence.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, teamwork, and staying compliant with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and related standards while providing excellent donor service across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in clerical or customer service preferred (3 months).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (location-specific).
• Able to follow regulations and SOPs precisely.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor safety.
• Set up and operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Maintain compliant documentation and recordkeeping.
• Ensure donor confidentiality and high-quality customer service.
• Perform quality control on equipment and handle samples.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures for biohazard handling.
