Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with state and federal regulations (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Keep work area clean and stocked; ensure enough supplies for production.
• Operate donor center equipment per SOPs and manufacturer instructions.
• Monitor donor conditions for safety and product quality.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate records.
