Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks a dedicated teammate to support plasma collection and processing at our donor center.

You will prepare equipment for venipuncture and plasmapheresis, ensure donor safety, document procedures, and maintain product quality in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible day/evening shifts including weekends; strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to speak, read, write English required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to read, follow and interpret regulations and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation complies with state and federal regulations (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Maintain clean and organized work area with adequate supplies.
• Operate donor center equipment per SOPs and manufacturer instructions.
• Monitor donor conditions and ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
• Troubleshoot machine alarms and perform daily/monthly QC.
