Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regs (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments.
• Set up and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing, including sample handling and shipments.
• Maintain records and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Perform routine QC on equipment and assist with safety and quality oversight.
