Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Associate to determine donor eligibility, perform plasma collection, and handle product processing while maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulations.

The role requires attention to donor safety, accuracy in recordkeeping, and the ability to work day/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor confidentiality.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments.
• Operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Process plasma collection and preparation of shipments in SOPs.
