Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Dundalk, MD is seeking a front-line Plasma Center Technician to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products in compliance with SOPs.

You will ensure donor safety, maintain records, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering excellent donor service and a clean, safe center environment. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work day/evening shifts, and the willingness to travel up to 20% if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor conditions to ensure safety and product quality.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and provide excellent donor service.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot automated plasmapheresis equipment; respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing in compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and complete quality checks on equipment and procedures.
