Octapharma Plasma is seeking a Donor Center Technician to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations. You will handle donor screening, vitals, and sample handling in a fast-paced center environment.

The role emphasizes high-quality donor experiences, precise recordkeeping, and strict adherence to safety and biohazard protocols, with opportunities for formal training and benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Maintain customer service and donor confidentiality for a positive donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments including vitals and testing.
• Set up and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
