Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is hiring for a role focused on donor eligibility, plasma collection, and product processing.

You will ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP while maintaining donor confidentiality and a positive donor experience. The position expects you to monitor donor conditions, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and handle plasma processing, packing, and shipment preparation in accordance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months' experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to read and follow English instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor confidentiality.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments, including vitals and simple tests.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
