Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a role focused on donor eligibility, plasma collection, and product processing. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and donor experience in a fast-paced center environment.

The candidate will operate plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donor conditions, and ensure quality control and recordkeeping in accordance with SOPs and regulations. This is a full-time on-site role requiring flexibility for day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work day/evening, weekends, and extended shifts.
• Specific state certifications/licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, donor confidentiality, and positive donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments, including vitals and testing.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing, including handling of samples and shipments.
• Monitor temperatures and document variances of equipment and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking, and disposal of biohazardous waste.
• Maintain and perform quality control on donor center equipment and records.
• Provide oversight of product safety and donor safety during collections.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine quality checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
