Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments (vitals, testing, registration).
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing with proper handling and shipping preparations.
