Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks a dedicated plasma donor technician to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and ensure product processing meets regulatory standards. You will manage equipment, maintain accurate records, and support quality control while delivering excellent donor service.

Responsibilities include handling samples, preparing shipments, monitoring temperatures, and complying with SOPs and safety guidelines in a busy donor center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior clerical or customer service experience preferred (3 months).
• Must be able to follow SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor safety during collection.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Maintain documentation and ensure correct sample handling.
• Prepare and ship samples and manage freezer/refrigerator temps.
• Uphold regulatory compliance and quality standards.
