Job summary

CSL seeks a Training Coordinator to support the donor center by coaching reception staff and ensuring smooth donor flow through the center. The role includes screening donors, registering applicants, and guiding newly eligible donors about products and policies.

Responsibilities also cover answering calls, monitoring donor safety, and assisting with staff scheduling and center operations to maintain efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in clerical or customer service roles is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle donor screening tasks.
• Good communication skills; bilingual ability may be required.
• Familiarity with donor information management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors with the screening process and record data accurately.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Educate donors about plasma products, appointments, policies and nutrition.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to callers.
• Monitor donor reactions and escalate issues to medical staff when required.
• Support center operations by scheduling and coordinating staff tasks.
