Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a center role focused on training reception staff and ensuring smooth donor flow. You will educate donors about plasma-derived products and handle candidate screening under SOPs, while answering inquiries and monitoring donor safety.

The position requires strong clerical or customer service experience, familiarity with plasma pheresis basics, and the ability to enter data accurately. Training will be provided to support daily operations in a high-safety center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training.
• Minimum of 18 months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• General knowledge of plasma pheresis operation.

Responsibilities

• Train reception staff under limited supervision to facilitate efficient donor flow.
• Assist qualified donors through the screening process per SOPs.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products from donated plasma.
• Answer calls and provide information to callers.
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and alert staff as needed.
• Maximize donor flow by allocating staff to tasks/areas.
• Calibrate equipment daily and document issues, replacing equipment as needed.
• Provide guidance and technical training on processes to staff.
• Support center management with staff scheduling, donor relations, and procedural issues.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system per SOPs.
• Follow Health Safety and OSHA policies and procedures.
