Qualifications

• Basic math calculations required.

Responsibilities

• Train pheresis staff and maintain efficient donor flow.
• Follow SOPs to perform plasma collection (donor setup, venipuncture, monitoring, disconnect).
• Evaluate vein performance and optimize donation time while ensuring safety and product quality.
• Explain screening process, tests, appointments, fees, center policies, nutrition to donors.
