Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Center Operations Coordinator in Temple, TX. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the production-area staff, ensuring efficient plasma collection operations and staff performance.

You will handle Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks, support donors, and lead teamwork and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role comes with Takeda/BioLife benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control and drive operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
