Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in New Jersey is seeking a center operations leader to oversee the production areas, report to the Center Manager, and manage employees assigned to donor-related production tasks. You will drive performance, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality plasma collection and safety standards.

You will coordinate with Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing teams while resolving donor concerns and pursuing continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending, reaching, standing for full shift; frequent lifting to 32 lb and occasional to 50 lb.
• Due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
