Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Center Operations Supervisor in Colonial Heights, VA. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees in production areas, ensuring safe, compliant operations and timely donor processing.

You will supervise performance and scheduling, lead inventory control, resolve donor concerns, analyze non-conforming events, and perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing while fostering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Able to walk and stand for full shift with frequent bending and reaching.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally; 32 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and guide operational activities.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.
