Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a part-time center management role in the USA—WI—Greenfield to oversee production-area staff, donor interactions, and compliance. You will report to the Center Manager and supervise performance and scheduling across the production functions.

You will also drive inventory control, address donor concerns, and analyze non-conforming events while ensuring teamwork and effective communication within a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
