Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Walk and stand for entire shift; lift to 32 pounds, occasional to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception; monitor equipment from distance.
• Prolonged glove wear is required due to potential bloodborne exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
