Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Center Manager to oversee production-area staff, ensure donor care, and direct daily operations. You will lead a team, coordinate scheduling, and drive process improvements to support high-quality plasma collection for medicines.

You will report to the Center Manager and coordinate scheduling, inventory, and donor care while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be comfortable working in a bloodborne pathogens environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling in production areas.
• Lead inventory control and drive operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze opportunities around non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
