Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, in Milwaukee is seeking a Center Manager who will oversee staff in the production areas, supervise scheduling and performance, and ensure safe, efficient donor operations.

You will drive inventory control, address donor concerns, analyze non-conforming events, and coordinate Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing duties. We offer hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
