Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. subsidiary, seeks a Center Manager to oversee staff in the production areas at our Indianapolis location. You will report to the Center Manager and ensure smooth donor processes, from medical history through sample processing.

You will drive performance, scheduling, and inventory control while resolving donor concerns and coordinating with teams in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
