Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a role focused on supervising production-area staff and ensuring efficient donor processing. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees in the production areas.

You will contribute to non-conforming event analyses, maintain Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing workflows, and foster teamwork across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception.
• Pro-longed glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operations.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.
