Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Center Manager to oversee production-area staff and ensure smooth, compliant operations at our Virginia facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting to 32 pounds and occasional 50 pounds.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational activities.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.
