Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Center Manager-level professional in Towson, MD. This role oversees production-area staff, drives inventory control, and collaborates with donors to resolve concerns while ensuring adherence to medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing procedures.

The successful candidate will lead a team, manage performance, and analyze non-conforming events with a focus on safety and compliance in a fast-paced plasma donation center

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Frequent bending and standing for entire shift; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pro-longed glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control and support operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns and ensure donor safety.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and communicate effectively to resolve conflicts.
