Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Center Manager to oversee employees in the plasma production areas at the Egg Harbor Center. You will manage performance, scheduling, and ensure smooth daily operations in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing.

You will lead donor interactions, address concerns, and drive improvements in inventory control and overall center efficiency while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Pro-longed glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and drive operational improvements.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
