Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Center Lead to oversee staff in the production areas and ensure efficient operations at the Kissimmee plasma center. You will report to the Center Manager and supervise employees, manage schedules, and coordinate donor-related processes.

You will handle Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing duties, work to resolve donor concerns, and drive teamwork while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending and reaching; standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operations.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
