Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Milwaukee (a Takeda subsidiary) seeks an operations supervisor to oversee production-area staff, manage performance, scheduling, and donor-related issue resolution, ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced plasma donation center.

You will lead inventory control, handle non-conforming events analysis, and perform Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in plasma donation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
