CSL Indianapolis is seeking a Donor Services Associate to greet donors, manage registration, and participate in donor screening for plasma pheresis. The role includes health checks and maintaining donor data with strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities cover assisting with the screening, documenting information, and supporting center operations. A high school diploma and clerical/customer service experience are required; some training on SOPs will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration procedures to verify eligibility for pheresis.
• Assist with screening procedures including health history questions, basic medical questions, and medical staff referrals as needed; perform health screenings like blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs and maintain confidentiality.
