Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration procedures to verify eligibility for pheresis.
• Assist with screening procedures including health history questions, basic medical questions, and medical staff referrals as needed; perform health screenings like blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs and maintain confidentiality.
