CSL Cincinnati is seeking a Center Front Desk Associate to welcome donors and guide them through registration for the plasma pheresis process. The role reports to the Assistant Center Manager and emphasizes accuracy, safety, and friendly service.

You will assist with screening, answer questions, record donor data, and may help train new staff. The position requires a high school diploma and at least three months in clerical or customer service work, with possible overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Aufgaben

• greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist with screening procedures including health history review, answering medical questions, and referring donors to medical staff as needed.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system accurately.
• Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, observe for donor reactions, and notify supervisors of issues.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
