Qualificações

• Experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors and guide them through registration procedures.
• Screen donors per SOPs including health history and basic medical questions.
• Record donor data in the electronic system accurately and securely.
• Answer calls or transfer to appropriate staff as needed.
• Monitor donor condition during/after donation and escalate issues.
