Job summary

CSL Vifor seeks a Plasma Center Supervisor in Lackawanna to oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure efficient plasma collections. You will lead staff, set performance expectations, and address donor issues in a compliant, safety‑driven environment.

The role requires supervisory experience and at least a high school diploma, with a preferred bachelor’s degree. Travel is not required, and compensation is provided per hour with a documented pay range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience with responsibility for overseeing the activities of others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day plasma center operations to ensure efficient plasma collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management of employee relations and escalated donor issues.
• Facilitate donor movement throughout the center with Group Leaders to minimize wait and processing time.
• Monitor time card reporting procedures, attendance and overtime utilization.
• Conduct error investigations and develop recommendations for process improvements.
• Participate with management in recruitment and performance appraisals and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Assist with recruitment/selection and marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
