Job summary

CSL Hillsboro is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and strict SOP adherence. You will lead, train, and coach team members while maintaining safety standards and donor data integrity.

In this role you will coordinate with Group Leaders to optimize donor movement, manage staffing levels, and participate in performance appraisals and coaching as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory/leadership experience overseeing others.
• Experience with staff scheduling, performance feedback, and coaching.
• Familiarity with SOPs, compliance, health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plasma center operations and staff.
• Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Manage donor flow and minimize wait times in collaboration with Group Leaders.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, time cards, and staffing levels.
