Job summary

CSL Vifor in Greensboro, NC seeks a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and liaise with corporate to ensure regulatory compliance. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and lead a team across functions including HR, finance, marketing, and donor relations.

Responsibilities include achieving production goals, improving donor retention, maintaining SOP compliance, managing budgets and cash, and fostering a safe, compliant, and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (minimum 4 years) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role overseeing others.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, including production goals and net yields.
• Improve donor retention and donor experience by analyzing trends.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and federal/state/local regulations.
• Lead budgeting, monthly financial goals, and cash handling/reporting.
• Escalate quality concerns to the Associate Director of Operations.
• Analyze performance data to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Support audit processes and maintain inspection readiness.
• Enforce HSE policies and OSHA requirements; train team on safety.
• Lead HR functions including recruitment, training, performance, and terminations.
• Manage local marketing and advertising; represent center with community and partners.
• Safeguard confidentiality of employees, donor, and center information.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree / equivalent experience
