Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Georgia is seeking a facilities operations leader to manage production areas, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance. You will report to the District Manager and direct staff across administrative, quality and regulatory tasks.

Responsibilities include budgeting, audits, donor and customer service, and achieving production and cost goals while maintaining compliance with BioLife and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Three years’ experience in a medical or regulated field preferred.
• Ability to work weekends/extended periods and travel.
• Must be mobile for entire shift; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and use data to monitor metrics.
• Oversee hiring, training and employee development.
• Provide leadership to ensure donor retention, service levels and cost data.
