Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Must be mobile for an entire shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection and training of new staff and management within the center.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback, including initiating disciplinary action.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, quality standards, and safety practices for donors and employees.
• Prepare routine reports to inform management of operational needs and corrective actions.
• Work in various production roles on the donor floor while delivering customer service.
