Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a facility leader to oversee donor operations and production at the Georgia location. You will report to the District Manager and manage a team across production, quality, regulatory, and facilities functions.

You will use data to monitor metrics, drive donor retention, and ensure high levels of customer service while meeting cost and production targets in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required but higher level degree is desired.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a medical or other regulated field or equivalent
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours and occasional travel
• CPR and AED certification required
• Mobility across the facility for the full shift
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Good depth perception and ability to monitor equipment sound

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within the facility and monitor metrics with data
• Oversee hiring and training of employees and develop talent
• Provide leadership to ensure donor retention and high service levels
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for quality, safety, and operations
• Manage facility audit processes and resolve issues from audits
• Forecast production and cost goals while maintaining compliance
• Manage bloodborne pathogen protocols
