Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Facility Operations Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards to support donor programs and production goals.

You will report to the District Manager and lead hiring, training, and performance development, while coordinating with regulatory, financial, and facilities teams to optimize efficiency and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a medical or regulated field.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional travel.
• Must be mobile for entire shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and monitor metrics using data.
• Oversee hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Provide leadership to maintain donor retention and high service levels.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage facility audit processes and resolve issues.
• Forecast production and cost goals while ensuring compliance.
• Manage bloodborne pathogens protocols.
