Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a capable Center Operations Supervisor to oversee production staff, drive cost goals, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will report to the Center Manager and support the management team in day-to-day activities.

The role emphasizes staff selection and training, enforcing quality and safety standards, and producing routine reports for leadership review. Weekend shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree is desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to work weekends, extended work periods and occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification is required.
• Must be mobile for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in selecting and training new team members and management within the center.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback, including disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company rules related to quality, safety, donors, and employees.
• Participate in correcting audit findings and prepare routine management reports.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
