Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and coordinate operations.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts through effective communication.
