Job summary

BioLife Plasma is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production staff in the donor floor areas, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will report to the Center Manager and support the achievement of production and cost goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, and at least one year in a regulated setting; weekend work and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Experience in a regulated industry prior to role is preferred.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Must be able to work weekends and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general management of production employees.
• Support Center Manager in meeting production and cost goals.
• Train staff and participate in hiring decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare routine reports for management.
