Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Houston, TX is hiring a Center Manager to oversee the production-area staff and the daily operations of a busy plasma donation center. You will report to the Center Manager and ensure high standards of performance and patient safety while managing schedules and staffing.

You will lead inventory control, coordinate donor interactions to resolve concerns, analyze non-conforming events, and perform tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communication and conflict resolution.
