Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a center supervisor to oversee staff in the donor floor production areas and support the Center Manager in achieving production and cost goals.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred), CPR/AED certification, and at least one year in a regulated setting. Willingness to travel occasionally and lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to be mobile for a full shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting and training center staff; participate in disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support center manager to achieve production and cost goals while maintaining compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company rules related to quality and safety.
• Prepare routine reports to inform management of operational needs; address audit findings.
• Work in various production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
