Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Center Manager to oversee production-area staff and ensure efficient operations at the Arlington center. You will report to the Center Manager and lead donor interactions, scheduling, and performance management to deliver high-quality plasma collection services.

You will also drive inventory control, resolve donor concerns, and analyze non-conforming events, while performing essential tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and CPR/AED certification.
• Experience with donor interactions and shift scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to oversee production-area employees and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and drive operational excellence.
