Job summary

Grifols is hiring a Plasma Center Operations Manager in Edinburg, TX to lead donor center activities, ensure donor safety and regulatory compliance, and drive production goals. The role reports to the Center Manager, managing staff and day-to-day operations across a high-volume center.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience in a medical or cGMP environment, with strong leadership and budget-management abilities. Location: Edinburg, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in clinical or general business experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred. Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.
• Equivalency: directly related experience or a combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations when the Center Manager is not present.
• Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to meet training and quality goals.
• Coach and lead through feedback to employees via Operations Supervisors.
• Monitor and evaluate center operations and implement improvements.
• Assist with budget preparation and ensure production targets and quality goals are met.
