Job summary

Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, supervise donor flow, and maintain production standards in a regulated environment.

You will ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP, train staff, manage records, and work under the Center Manager to keep facilities clean and equipment in good working order. Requires high school diploma or GED and certifications; typically 4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically 4 years of related phlebotomy/donor/plasma processing experience.
• Experience with FDA/OSHA/CLIA and cGMP compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Learn and comply with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP procedures and internal SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and production records.
• Attend required training sessions and staff meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation of necessary records.
• UnderCenter Manager guidance, ensure facility is clean and equipment is in good working order.
• Submit timely and accurate reports as required by management.
• Assist in controlling center donor funds as directed by Center Manager.
• Assist in training new employees and retraining current staff.
• Maintain communication with other service areas to ensure quality documentation and service.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure overall satisfaction and long-term donation.
