Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Manager to lead donor center operations, ensuring donor safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production goals. This role involves directing frontline staff, maintaining SOPs, and coordinating with quality and training teams in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

The position requires strong leadership, budgeting awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across the center. Location in Edinburg, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in clinical or general business.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in plasma or a cGMP regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all donor center operations when the Center Manager is not present.
• Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to meet goals.
• Coach and lead through feedback to Operations Supervisors.
• Monitor operations and implement action plans with the Center Manager.
• Handle personnel functions including hiring, assignment, development and records.
• Assist in budget preparation and strive toward production targets within cost structure.
• Delegate and supervise the operations staff and schedules.
• Be capable of performing center tasks when needed.
