Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited. is seeking a Center Manager-level professional to oversee staff in a BioLife plasma donation center in Mobile, AL.

You will supervise production staff, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and assist in achieving center goals while delivering excellent donor service. Responsibilities include selecting and training new team members, guiding performance, handling disciplinary actions, ensuring safety, and coordinating audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to work weekends, extended shifts, and travel occasionally.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to be mobile for an entire shift.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Select and train new team members and management within the center.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback including disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company rules for quality, safety, and daily activities.
• Assist in correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine management reports.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
