Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited is seeking a Center Manager to oversee production-area staff at our BioLife Plasma Services center in Attleboro, MA. You will help meet center production and cost goals while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Reporting to the Center Manager, you will participate in staff selection and training, supervise performance, and support daily operations on the donor floor with a focus on patient-safe quality plasma and excellent donor service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of relevant regulated-industry experience.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Must be mobile for entire shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection and training of new staff within the center.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback including disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company rules and safety standards.
• Prepare routine reports to keep management informed of operating needs.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
