Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and fulfillment of production tasks at the plasma center.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Attend trainings and meetings; maintain thorough documentation.
• Oversee donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records.
• Train and retrain staff; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Report to Center Manager; assist in center operations and budgeting.
